Federal Contracting-Small Business/Sub Contracting Program Specialist

Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce (FCCoC) proudly presents its Small Business Specialist Program—an elite, hands-on training initiative designed to transform professionals into knowledgeable advocates of FAR Part 19.

FCCoC Subcontracting Program Specialist Program develops the next generation of compliance professionals dedicated to strengthening subcontractor utilization and accountability in the federal marketplace. Participants gain mastery over key elements including subcontractor vetting, flow-down clauses, compliance monitoring, performance tracking, and reporting. Whether supporting agency procurement offices or working inside large primes, graduates of this program are uniquely positioned to ensure that subcontracting plans are not only submitted—but successfully executed. With a strong emphasis on the intersection of regulation and small business advocacy, FCCoC is building specialists who help shape a more inclusive and effective subcontracting ecosystem.

These programs combined equip participants with the practical tools, regulatory knowledge, and strategic insight required to support small business participation in federal contracting. Whether you're an acquisition professional, a corporate liaison, or a small business champion, our training demystifies key requirements, such as small business set-asides, subcontracting plans, and socioeconomic certifications. FCCoC is not just about information—we deliver the education and mentorship that builds lasting impact.

Federal Contracting - Post-Award Program Specialist

FCCoC’s Post-Award Specialist Program is the ultimate pathway for professionals seeking to specialize in the critical—and often overlooked—phase of federal contracting. Participants learn how to interpret key FAR clauses, enforce contract terms, resolve disputes, assess contractor performance, and ensure timely deliverables.

This program is ideal for agency personnel, contract administrators, prime contractors, and support staff responsible for safeguarding government interests post-award. Graduates emerge with practical skills and real-world tools to reduce risk, improve communication, and maintain contract compliance.

With FCCoC’s commitment to education and mentorship, this program empowers professionals to become trusted post-award experts in the federal contracting landscape.

Introducing the FCCoC Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program

Empowering Women. Advancing Equity. Winning in Federal Contracting.

The Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce (FCCoC) is proud to launch its Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program — a bold, focused initiative designed to empower women entrepreneurs with the knowledge, tools, and federal acquisition strategies needed to compete, comply, and win in the government marketplace.

While women-owned businesses continue to grow in number, WOSBs remain significantly underrepresented in federal contract awards — despite government-wide goals and statutory authorities designed to support them. The FCCoC’s WOSB Program addresses this gap head-on.

This program delivers more than motivation — it delivers actionable, regulation-based training, mentorship, and community support to help WOSBs navigate the unique challenges of federal procurement.

What This Program Offers

  • A clear understanding of the WOSB Federal Contracting Program, including eligibility, certification, and strategic use of set-asides.

  • In-depth training on FAR Part 19 and other acquisition policies that impact women-owned firms.

  • Guidance on how to find, pursue, and position for WOSB and EDWOSB contract opportunities.

  • Strategies for teaming, subcontracting, and building relationships with contracting officers.

  • Mentorship from successful WOSB federal contractors and procurement leaders.

Introducing the FCCoC Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) Program

Honor Your Service. Build Your Legacy. Win in Federal Contracting.

The Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce (FCCoC) is proud to announce the launch of its Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) Program — a mission-driven initiative designed to equip veterans with the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to thrive in the competitive world of federal contracting.

You served your country with honor. Now it’s time to leverage your leadership, discipline, and mission-first mindset to build a successful government contracting business.

While the federal government sets aside billions annually for VOSB and SDVOSB contracts, many veteran entrepreneurs lack the specialized training to fully capitalize on these opportunities. The FCCoC VOSB Program was created to close that gap — with real-world education grounded in the Federal

Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and focused on practical, results-driven action.

What This Program Offers

  • Clear understanding of the VOSB and SDVOSB set-aside programs, certification pathways, and recent policy updates.

  • Comprehensive training in FAR Part 19, VA’s VETCERT process, SBA guidelines, and other acquisition regulations that impact veteran-owned firms.

  • Step-by-step guidance on how to identify opportunities, position your business, and win federal contracts.

  • Strategic insights on teaming, subcontracting, and forming partnerships with primes and agencies.

  • Veteran-to-veteran mentorship and access to a growing community of GovCon-experienced vets.
