FCCoC is Seeking to Establish the First-Ever Federal Contractor’s Credit Union

The Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce (FCCoC) is proud to announce an exciting new initiative that could redefine how federal contractors access, manage, and grow their financial resources.

We are actively exploring the opportunity to charter a dedicated credit union—built by  Federal Contractors, for Federal Contractors to serve Federal Contractors.

As the federal contracting landscape grows more complex and competitive, so too does the need for financial institutions that understand our unique challenges—cash flow gaps, payment cycles, bonding and insurance needs, business credit development, and more. A credit union focused on these realities would:

· Offer specialized financial products tailored to federal contractors

· Provide a trusted, mission-aligned space for savings, lending, and investment in Contractor 2 Contractor projects 

· Strengthen the economic infrastructure of the small business federal contracting community

We are currently developing the footprint to engage with partners, regulators, and community members to assess viability, build support, and pursue official chartering.
