The Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce (FCCoC) Qualified Past Performance -Past Experience Bank is designed to provide qualified and vetted contractors with an opportunity to perform bartered and volunteered service in exchange for documented past performance evaluations that support their ability to secure future federal contracts.
