The Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce (FCCoC) Qualified Past Performance -Past Experience Bank is designed to provide qualified and vetted contractors with an opportunity to perform bartered and volunteered service in exchange for documented past performance evaluations that support their ability to secure future federal contracts. This initiative ensures that capable small businesses, new market entrants, and underutilized firms can build verifiable Past Performance -Past Experience performance while delivering meaningful contributions to government projects, prime contractors, or other qualifying entities. 

The Ambassador Committee is composed of dedicated FCCoC member volunteers who actively support Chamber initiatives while helping attract and retain members. Advocates serve as liaisons between businesses and the Chamber, ensuring members maximize their benefits and stay informed about industry opportunities.
