Chamber WeCare Committees

Driving Impact Through Community, Advocacy, Resources, Education, and Sustainability

The Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce (FCCoC) established the WeCARES Committees Initiative to strengthen and empower federal contracting businesses through a framework built on five pillars: Community Engagement, Advocacy, Resources, Education, and Sustainability.

This initiative is designed to ensure that federal contractors—regardless of size or maturity—have equitable access to opportunity, expert guidance, and the strategic support required to thrive in a highly competitive marketplace. By advancing these priorities, WeCARES not only equips businesses for success but also contributes to national economic growth, innovation, and mission readiness.

Purpose and Impact

  • Inclusive Opportunity – Opening pathways for underrepresented and emerging businesses to succeed in federal contracting.
  • Expert Guidance – Leveraging the knowledge of seasoned leaders, legal specialists, and industry experts.
  • Equitable Access – Advocating for fair competition and ensuring all businesses have a seat at the table.
  • Strategic Growth – Providing resources, tools, and education that deliver measurable impact.
  • Sustainable Innovation – Building long-term resilience within the contracting community and the national supply chain.

Volunteer Leadership

Service on a WeCARES Committee is more than participation—it is leadership in action. Volunteers gain direct access to FCCoC leadership, our national membership base, and an extended network of partners and stakeholders across the federal contracting ecosystem.

Committee members play a pivotal role in shaping initiatives, informing advocacy positions, and delivering programs that drive measurable outcomes for contractors nationwide.

Get Involved

If you are ready to lead, influence, and contribute, we invite you to serve on one or more of our WeCARES Committees. Participation is open to members who are committed to advancing the mission of FCCoC and strengthening the future of federal contracting.

To express your interest, simply email us with your preferred area(s) of focus. An FCCoC committee organizer will connect with you to align your expertise and vision with the committee’s mission.
