As President and CEO of the Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce (FCCoC), Joey Grismore leads the organization’s mission to advance the interests of the federal contracting community nationwide. He drives strategic partnerships with government agencies, industry leaders, and business associations to expand access to critical acquisition intelligence, professional education, and contracting opportunities.

Under his leadership, FCCoC serves as a catalyst for business growth and policy influence—delivering high-value training, advocacy, and strategic support that enable contractors of all sizes to compete and succeed in the federal marketplace. Mr. Grismore also forges collaborations with state, city, and local chambers of commerce, as well as federal procurement education entities, to provide small businesses with comprehensive instruction in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), its statutes, processes, and case law applications.

Professional Background

A U.S. Navy veteran with nearly 18 years of federal acquisition and contracting leadership, Mr. Grismore has held key roles across multiple federal agencies, including:

• U.S. Department of Agriculture
   

His career has spanned operational contracting, construction and A/E procurement, program management, compliance oversight, and policy interpretation. His expertise extends across the full acquisition lifecycle, from requirements development to post-award administration.
