As President and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce (FCCoC), Joey Grismore leads the nation’s only private chamber dedicated exclusively to strengthening and unifying the federal contracting community.

Under his leadership, the FCCoC operates as a strategic command center for federal industry advancement—mobilizing contractors, industry leaders, and government stakeholders to reinforce America’s mission readiness through education, intelligence, and access.

Mr. Grismore directs the Chamber’s national mission to build an army of Fortune 500–caliber government contractors—empowering businesses of every size to engage, compete, and win in the federal marketplace. Through his vision, the FCCoC delivers a battle-tested model for success that integrates training, advocacy, and acquisition insight to elevate the strength and capability of the federal industrial base.

He also forges alliances across all echelons of government and industry, including partnerships with state, city, and local chambers, as well as federal procurement education entities, to ensure small businesses receive advanced instruction in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), statutory interpretation, and real-world contracting applications.

Professional Background

A U.S. Navy veteran and federal acquisition leader with nearly two decades of service, Mr. Grismore has executed mission-critical roles across:

• U.S. Department of Agriculture
   

His career spans the full spectrum of acquisition operations—from requirements development and solicitation strategy to source selection, award, and post-award performance. He has led teams in construction and A/E procurement, program management, policy interpretation, and compliance oversight, consistently advancing operational excellence across complex federal environments.
