 The mission of FCCOC [FAR] Set-Aside Training is to empower entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals by providing comprehensive, accelerated learning programs focused on federal contracting. Course Objective:
This fast-track training course is designed to equip individuals with the foundational knowledge and practical skills necessary to navigate the federal contracting process. By the end of the program, participants will have a solid understanding of how to identify, bid on, and manage government contracts successfully.

This enhanced fast-track course provides small business owners and entrepreneurs with a deep dive into the 8(a) Business Development Program, integrating case law as a core component. Participants will gain not only a comprehensive understanding of the program’s requirements but also valuable insights into how legal precedents affect program participation and contract opportunities.
