Chamber WeCare Committees

he Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce  WeCARES Committees initiative is dedicated to supporting and empowering federal contracting businesses through Community engagement, Advocacy, Resources, Education, and Sustainability.   


The Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce CARES program fostering inclusive opportunities, providing expert guidance, and championing equitable access to federal contracting, we ensure businesses have the tools and support needed to thrive in a competitive market while contributing to national economic growth and innovation.

Veterans Advisory Committee

FCCoC Veterans Contracting Advisory Committee: Empowering Veteran Entrepreneurs in Federal Contracting


The purpose of the Chamber’s Veteran Advisory Committee is to support military family readiness and quality of life initiatives that ensure our Military Veterans are a equal priority in the Federal Contracting Arena. Through the Chamber’s Vision 2026 Plan, the Military Advisory Committee will advocate for legislative priorities that enhance quality of life for military families, by connecting with state officials and business communities to ensure that all military talent and availability is clearly presented in one stop shop portal where members and veterans can engage one another.

The FCCoC Veterans Contracting Advisory Committee is dedicated to supporting veteran entrepreneurs and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses (SDVOBs) in successfully navigating the federal contracting landscape. As a member, you will have access to invaluable mentorship, networking opportunities, and expert guidance designed to help veterans leverage their skills and experience in the government marketplace.


What We Do

The Veterans Contracting Advisory Committee serves as a strategic resource for veterans seeking to expand their business opportunities within federal procurement. Through education, advocacy, and direct engagement, we provide the tools necessary to compete for and win government contracts, ensuring veteran-owned businesses thrive in the contracting space.

Ambassador Committee

The Ambassador Committee


The Ambassador Committee is composed of dedicated FCCoC member volunteers who actively support Chamber initiatives while helping attract and retain members. Advocates serve as liaisons between businesses and the Chamber, ensuring members maximize their benefits and stay informed about industry opportunities. As an Ambassador , you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding the reach of the Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce by 

fostering engagement, building relationships

and strengthening the federal contracting 

community.

The Partnership Committee of the Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce (FCCoC) is dedicated to building stronger alliances between federal contractors. Our mission is to create a collaborative ecosystem where businesses can connect, share resources, and form strategic partnerships that enhance their competitiveness in the federal marketplace. By fostering contractor-to-contractor relationships, we aim to unlock new teaming opportunities, promote innovation through collaboration, and strengthen the collective capacity of small, mid-sized, and large businesses to meet the evolving needs of federal agencies. The mission of the Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce (FCCC) Law School Committee is to foster collaboration between the legal and federal contracting communities by equipping law students with specialized knowledge, tools, and resources to navigate the complexities

of federal procurement law. 


Through education, mentorship, and networking opportunities, the committee seeks to develop the next generation of legal professionals who are poised to drive innovation, integrity, and excellence in the federal contracting arena. 


The purpose of the FCCC Law School Committee is to bridge the gap between academia and the federal contracting sector by:


  1. Educating Future Legal Leaders: Developing curricula and training programs that provide law students with a deep understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and procurement law.
  2. Building Career Pathways: Creating mentorship and internship opportunities to support students' career aspirations in federal contracting and procurement law.
  3. Promoting Diversity: Encouraging diverse participation in federal contracting by empowering underrepresented groups in the legal profession to pursue opportunities in this specialized field.
  4. Advancing Federal Compliance: Ensuring that future legal professionals are well-versed in compliance, ethics, and accountability standards critical to the federal procurement process.
  5. Fostering Innovation: Collaborating with law schools, legal professionals, and federal agencies to identify evolving trends and challenges in federal contracting, preparing students to meet these demands with forward-thinking solutions.

The Facility Hosting Committee of the Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce is committed to supporting the Chamber’s mission by securing and coordinating exceptional venues for meetings, events, and training sessions. We aim to create accessible, professional, and inclusive environments that foster collaboration, learning, and growth for our members and partners, ensuring the success of all Chamber-hosted activities.


Responsibilities:

  1. Venue Selection: Identify and secure appropriate facilities for Chamber events, ensuring they meet logistical, accessibility, and capacity requirements.
  2. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with venue representatives, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless event setup and execution.
  3. Resource Management: Manage the allocation of equipment, seating, and technology (e.g., audio-visual systems) needed for events.
  4. Compliance: Ensure all facilities meet safety, accessibility, and regulatory standards.
  5. Member Engagement: Collaborate with Chamber members and stakeholders to maximize the utilization of member-provided venues and resources.
  6. Budget Oversight: Work within allocated budgets to secure cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality.
  7. Event Support: Provide on-site support during events to address any last-minute needs or challenges.
  8. Feedback Collection: Gather and review feedback from attendees and stakeholders to improve future hosting efforts.
  9. Sustainability Practices: Promote environmentally responsible practices in venue selection and event coordination.
