Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce (FCCoC) is proud to launch its Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program — a bold, focused initiative designed to empower women entrepreneurs with the knowledge, tools, and federal acquisition strategies needed to compete, comply, and win in the government marketplace.
While women-owned businesses continue to grow in number, WOSBs remain significantly underrepresented in federal contract awards — despite government-wide goals and statutory authorities designed to support them. The FCCoC’s WOSB Program addresses this gap head-on.
This program delivers more than motivation — it delivers actionable, regulation-based training, mentorship, and community support to help WOSBs navigate the unique challenges of federal procurement.

Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce (FCCoC) is proud to announce the launch of its Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) Program — a mission-driven initiative designed to equip veterans with the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to thrive in the competitive world of federal contracting.
You served your country with honor. Now it’s time to leverage your leadership, discipline, and mission-first mindset to build a successful government contracting business.
While the federal government sets aside billions annually for VOSB and SDVOSB contracts, many veteran entrepreneurs lack the specialized training to fully capitalize on these opportunities. The FCCoC VOSB Program was created to close that gap — with real-world education grounded in the Federal
Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and focused on practical, results-driven action.
