Signature Program:

WOMEN Executives [WOSB] in FEDERAL Contracting Alliance

Women Executives [WOSB] in Contracting Alliance is the premier national alliance designed to elevate women-owned small businesses (WOSBs) and executives driving innovation in the federal marketplace. Hosted quarterly, this high-impact forum convenes agency leaders, prime contractors, industry executives, investors, and women entrepreneurs for a dynamic exchange of strategy, opportunity, and influence.

Core Features of the Forum

Executive Briefings & Market Intelligence
Attendees gain direct insight into emerging federal contracting opportunities, upcoming procurements, and policy shifts impacting WOSBs. Senior government officials and industry leaders deliver executive-level intelligence designed to position women-owned firms ahead of the competition.

Leadership & Boardroom Readiness Training
The forum provides targeted leadership development, negotiation training, and boardroom readiness workshops, empowering women executives to move beyond contract capture into strategic influence roles at the highest levels of government and industry.

Capital Access & Strategic Partnerships
Dedicated sessions focus on access to capital, equity investment, and growth financing for WOSBs. The forum also facilitates prime-sub partnerships, mentor-protégé relationships, and teaming opportunities with Fortune 500 contractors and federal agencies.

Recognition & Visibility
The Leadership Forum culminates in the FCCoC Women in Federal Contracting Awards, celebrating outstanding women-owned businesses for contracting excellence, innovation, and impact. This recognition amplifies visibility and creates new pathways for growth.

The Impact: The Leadership Forum is not just an event—it’s a career accelerator and business catalyst. Every participant leaves with a roadmap for contract capture, expanded networks, and actionable strategies to scale their federal contracting success.

WOSB Accelerator EDUCATION Series

The FCCoC WOSB Accelerator Education Series is a 12-month, high-performance business growth initiative designed exclusively for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSBs) competing in the federal marketplace. This program moves beyond theory into hands-on execution, providing women entrepreneurs with the tools, mentorship, and networks needed to scale, compete, and win in federal contracting.

Program Pillars

1. Strategic Contract Capture Labs
Quarterly labs guide participants through real-world opportunity identification, bid/no-bid analysis, proposal development, and capture strategy. Each lab is facilitated by FCCoC Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with 20+ years of experience in federal procurement, program management, and acquisition strategy.

2. Leadership & Executive Masterclasses
A curated masterclass series develops executive presence, board-level readiness, and advanced negotiation skills. Taught by Fortune 500 leaders, former SES executives, and successful WOSB CEOs, these sessions prepare participants to lead not just projects, but policy-shaping conversations.

3. Mentorship & Advisory Circles
Every participant is paired with a dedicated federal contracting mentor and gains access to small-group advisory circles. These circles focus on agency-specific navigation, subcontracting entry points, and market positioning, ensuring tailored support at every stage.

4. Capital Readiness & Growth Pathways
Workshops provide strategies for securing contract financing, SBA loans, private equity, and venture backing, while connecting WOSBs with investors and lenders committed to women-led enterprise growth in the federal space.

5. FCCoC Partner Network Access
Participants receive priority access to the FCCoC National Partner Network, including primes, agencies, and corporate allies seeking women-owned partners. This structured deal-flow system accelerates teaming opportunities and ensures contracts move from pipeline to award.

The FCCoC WOSB Accelerator Series creates a sustained competitive advantage for women-owned businesses by blending market intelligence, executive development, mentorship, and capital access into one unified pipeline. Graduates emerge with a proven contracting roadmap, expanded strategic alliances, and measurable contract growth within 12 months.
