Train-the-Trainer Program

The Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce (FCCOC®) is proud to serve as the premier training partner for Chambers of Commerce, Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs), and Business-Serving Institutions across the nation. 

Our Train-the-Trainer Program equips qualified partners with the tools, curriculum, and certification needed to deliver high-impact federal contracting education in their communities.

Eligibility: Applicants must be affiliated with a Chamber of Commerce, Small Business Development Center (SBDC), or other business-serving organization, and serve or intend to serve in a teaching or instructional capacity within their respective organization. Applicants must meet these criteria to be considered for acceptance into the FCCOC® Train-the-Trainer Program.

What the Program Offers

FCCOC® Train-the-Trainer Program provides a structured, scalable learning path to:

• Develop certified instructors with real-world knowledge of federal acquisition.
• Deliver pre-approved, ready-to-use curriculum aligned with the FAR, federal statutes, and case law.
• Expand local training capacity through a national support system of acquisition experts and peer professionals.
• Equip your organization with digital teaching tools, public service resources, and community engagement strategies through our Chamber [U]™ platform.

Participants complete a series of expert-led workshops tailored to FCCOC® federal contracting course offerings. Each completed module builds instructional strength, deepens subject-matter expertise, and culminates in certification—validating a trainer’s readiness to lead and educate with excellence.
