As President of the Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce (FCCoC), Mr. Grismore leads efforts to connect with individuals and organizations engaged in federal contracting by fostering strategic partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders. His work focuses on expanding access to critical information and education while promoting opportunities for success in the federal marketplace. Additionally, he collaborates with state, city, and local chambers of commerce, as well as other federal contracting educational entities, to provide small businesses with comprehensive training on the rules, processes, procedures, statutes, and laws of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

A Navy veteran, Mr. Grismore is a graduate of Jones College, where he earned a Bachelor of Administration in Legal Administration. He holds professional certifications in:

With nearly 18 years of leadership experience in acquisition and contracting, Mr. Grismore has served in key roles across multiple federal procurement agencies, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the United States Army, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
