As the President of the Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce, his role is to facilitate the Chambers in reaching those interested and involved in federal contracting, by developing strategic partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders, whose work involves expanding access to information and education to all. Additionally, he collaborates and coordinate with state, city and local community chambers and other federal contracting educational entities to engage and educate the small business community on the rules, processes, procedures, statutes, and laws of the federal acquisition regulations.
Mr. Grismore is a Navy Veteran and a graduate of Jones College, where he earned a Bachelor of Administration in Legal Administration. He holds professional certifications in the following areas:

Mr. Grismore is an experienced leader with nearly 18 years of acquisition and contracting roles with several federal government procurement agencies including the U.S Army Corps of Engineers, the United States Army, the Veterans Affairs, and the United States Department of Agriculture.
