TO EQUIP FEDERAL CONTRACTOR LEADERS WITH THE INTELLIGENCE, KNOWLEDGE, RELATIONSHIPS, AND EXECUTIVE PERSPECTIVE REQUIRED TO NAVIGATE THE FEDERAL ACQUISITION ENVIRONMENT AND LEAD WITH GREATER PRECISION.
The Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce (FCCOC®) brings together executive advisory, acquisition intelligence, regulatory and procurement research, case-law analysis, executive education, peer engagement, strategic relationships, and decision support within one executive environment. We translate complex federal acquisition issues into information that leadership can understand, evaluate, and apply.
Our mission is not simply to provide information.
Our mission is to improve executive understanding before the decision is made.
TO BECOME THE NATION'S PREMIER EXECUTIVE INTELLIGENCE AND ADVISORY NETWORK FOR FEDERAL CONTRACTOR LEADERS.
The Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce (FCCOC®) envisions a federal contracting community where executives do not operate from fragmented information, isolated experience, or reactionary decision-making—but from intelligence, understanding, relationships, and strategic discipline.
We intend to establish FCL-Council® as the environment where the leaders of federal contractor organizations come to understand the terrain, anticipate change, assess risk, recognize opportunity, and make consequential decisions.
Our vision is simple:
PUT FEDERAL ACQUISITION INTELLIGENCE AT THE EXECUTIVE TABLE.
BUILD EXECUTIVE INTELLIGENCE
Provide leaders with timely, relevant, and actionable understanding of the federal acquisition environment. Know what is changing. Understand why it matters. Determine what requires
attention.
MASTER THE ACQUISITION ENVIRONMENT
Strengthen executive understanding of the statutes, regulations, FAR, agency supplements, policies, procedures, procurement decisions, contract requirements, and case law governing federal contracting. Know the rules before the rules become a problem.
IDENTIFY AND ASSESS RISK
Give leadership a disciplined framework for recognizing regulatory, contractual, operational, competitive, and strategic risk. Identify the exposure. Understand the consequence. Prepare the response.
RECOGNIZE OPPORTUNITY
Help executives distinguish genuine federal-market opportunities from activity that merely appears attractive. Know the opportunity. Understand the requirements. Evaluate the position. Decide whether to engage.
BUILD EXECUTIVE RELATIONSHIPS
Create a trusted environment where federal contractor leaders can exchange knowledge, experience, perspectives, and relationships with other executives and recognized acquisition professionals. No executive should have to navigate the federal marketplace entirely alone.
STRENGTHEN DECISION-MAKING
Bring acquisition intelligence and executive perspective together before consequential business decisions are made. Information informs. Intelligence prepares. Leadership decides.
DEVELOP EXECUTIVE CAPABILITY
Advance the knowledge and professional capability of leaders responsible for federal-market strategy, government contracts, compliance, operations, and organizational growth. Develop leaders who understand not only how to participate in federal contracting—but how to lead within it.
ESTABLISH A NATIONAL EXECUTIVE NETWORK
Build a national network connecting federal contractor executives, acquisition professionals, legal and regulatory subject-matter experts, industry leaders, and strategic partners. Relationships create access. Intelligence creates understanding. Leadership creates results
