As a Host Facility Partner, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality venues for Chamber meetings, training sessions, and exclusive events, contributing directly to the success of our members and the broader federal contracting community.

• Venue Selection: Identify and secure premier facilities that meet logistical, accessibility, and capacity requirements for Chamber events.
• Vendor Coordination: Serve as the liaison between the venue, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth event setups and flawless execution.
• Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and setup of necessary equipment, seating arrangements, and technology (including audio-visual systems) to enhance the event experience.
• Compliance: Ensure that all hosting facilities meet stringent safety, accessibility, and regulatory standards to provide a secure and comfortable environment.
• Member Engagement: Collaborate with Chamber members to maximize the use of member-provided venues and resources, fostering a strong sense of community.
• Budget Oversight: Work within designated budgets to secure cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• Event Support: Offer on-site support during events, proactively addressing any needs or last-minute challenges to ensure smooth operations.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and evaluate feedback from attendees to continuously improve the hosting process and member experience.
• Sustainability Practices: Promote eco-friendly and sustainable practices in venue selection and event management, aligning with our commitment to responsible business practices.
