Areas of Focus
Council Objective
Help capable businesses move from:
INTEREST → READINESS → PARTICIPATION → PERFORMANCE → GROWTH
The FCCoC® Subcontractors Council brings together subcontractors, specialty contractors, suppliers, service providers, prime contractors, procurement professionals, project managers, and industry partners committed to strengthening the federal contracting supply chain and the businesses that support mission execution.
The Council focuses on the critical companies operating behind the prime contractor—the firms that provide specialized labor, technical expertise, materials, equipment, professional services, and mission-critical capabilities required to execute federal contracts.
In the federal marketplace, the strength of the prime contractor is directly connected to the strength of its subcontractor network.
The Council exists to strengthen that network.
Its mission is to help subcontractors become more capable, more competitive, more compliant, more connected, and more valuable to prime contractors and federal missions.
