Operational contributors with demonstrated capability, positioned below Executive Command but above associate status.


Eligibility Requirements:

  • Active or imminent participation in federal or defense contracting 
  • Executive sponsor at the Vice President or equivalent level 
  • Commitment to active participation in at least one Defense Council 
  • Compliance with FAR/DFARS and applicable cybersecurity standards
     

Access & Privileges:

  • Structured participation in Defense Councils and cross-domain initiatives 
  • Limited voting rights at the council level (no Executive Branch votes)
