The Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce (FCCOC®) is a national organization dedicated to strengthening our Nation's Defense Industrial Base (DIB) by advancing contractor readiness, capability development, and strategic engagement in the federal marketplace.
FCCOC exists to enhance the readiness, resilience, and capacity of the industrial base that underpins the military and economic strength of the United States. Recognizing that America's ability to deter conflict and prevail in strategic competition depends upon a capable and responsive Defense Industrial Base, FCCOC develops contractors prepared to support the full spectrum of federal missions through disciplined leadership, acquisition excellence, regulatory compliance, and mission-focused execution. The Chamber serves as a strategic enabler by preparing industry partners to align with Department of War priorities, sustain critical supply chains, and deliver capabilities that strengthen operational readiness and mission assurance.

*Warfighters Industrial Armorbearers (WIA)®
The Warfighters Industrial Armorbearers (WIA®) initiative serves as FCCOC®'s premier strategic engagement program for organizations committed to supporting national security missions. WIA® assists businesses in strengthening operational capabilities, developing strategic partnerships, and positioning themselves to support the mission requirements of the Department of Defense and other federal agencies. The program emphasizes organizational readiness, performance excellence, regulatory compliance, and long-term capability development rather than traditional networking or marketing activities.
