The Federal Contractors Chamber of Commerce (FCCOC®) is a national business organization dedicated to strengthening America's defense industrial base by advancing contractor readiness, capability development, and strategic engagement across the federal marketplace.
FCCOC® was established to help businesses successfully navigate the increasingly complex federal acquisition environment by integrating acquisition intelligence, contractor education, business development, and strategic industry collaboration into a unified platform. Our mission is to develop acquisition-ready, mission-capable organizations equipped to compete for, win, and successfully perform federal contracts while supporting the mission requirements of the U.S. Department of War, federal civilian agencies, and the broader national security enterprise.

Warfighters Industrial Armorbearers (WIA)®
The Warfighters Industrial Armorbearers (WIA®) initiative serves as FCCOC®'s premier strategic engagement program for organizations committed to supporting national security missions. WIA® assists businesses in strengthening operational capabilities, developing strategic partnerships, and positioning themselves to support the mission requirements of the Department of Defense and other federal agencies. The program emphasizes organizational readiness, performance excellence, regulatory compliance, and long-term capability development rather than traditional networking or marketing activities.
